Q: Are your wreaths and centerpieces handmade?
A: Yes?! All of our wreaths and centerpieces are handcrafted with care using a mix of high-quality fresh greenery, seasonal accents, and decorative elements

  • Are the candles real?
    A: Yes & NO We use safe, flameless LED candles (typically 3x6 battery-operated pillars) to provide a warm glow without the fire hazard. We also have real candles that need to be 
    handled with caution
  • Q: How long will the greenery and last?
    A: We use high-quality fresh greenery such as noble fir, cedar, white pine, and decorative berries and ornaments. With proper storage and care, your wreath or centerpiece can last for more than 3 weeks
  • Q: What size are your wreaths and centerpieces?
    A: Sizes vary by design. most wreaths are 26" inches. Each product description includes exact dimensions (e.g., 17” wide by 14” tall for centerpieces). If you need a specific size for your space, let us know.
  • Do you charge sales tax ?                                                                                               A:We charge sales tax in the following states:                                                           AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WA.

Tax rates within these states may vary by county and district. All sales taxes are automatically calculated and collected based on the shipping address, in accordance with tax regulations.

  • Q: Do you offer discounts on large or bulk orders?

    A: Yes! Orders of 20 or more Evergreen items will receive 10% off the total amount. This is a great option for corporate gifting, events, or group orders.

    Q: Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

    A: We understand that plans can change! To request an order change or cancellation, we must receive your request at least 2 business days before your order’s Approximate Ship Date.

    Please note:

    • Tracking information is generated when your item begins preparation for shipping—this can occur up to 2 business days before or after the Approximate Ship Out date you selected during checkout.

    • While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations made less than 2 business days before your selected ship date

      Q: Do you offer wholesale options?

      A: Yes, we do offer wholesale opportunities for qualified retailers and businesses. If you're interested in carrying our handcrafted wreaths, centerpieces, or seasonal products, please contact us for more information on minimum order quantities, pricing, and availability.

    • Q:How do I care for my Evergreen wreath or centerpiece ?A:Evergreen Wreath & centerpiece care

      • Best Display Location: Outdoors in a cool, shaded area. Fresh air extends the life of natural evergreens.

      • Lifespan Outdoors: Up to 3 to 6 weeks or more with regular spritzing.

      • Lifespan Indoors: About 3-5 weeks with proper care.

      • Moisture Tips: Spritz the back of the wreath  with water every 2–3 days to keep greenery fresh and fragrant.

      • Avoid: Direct sunlight, heat vents, and open flames. Evergreens are flammable and should be kept away from ignition sources

        Evergreen Centerpiece Care

        • Initial Care: Upon arrival, add ½ cup of water to the center of the floral foam.

        • Ongoing Care: Add another ½ cup of water and spritz every 2–3 days.

        • Lifespan: Typically lasts 3-5 weeks or more with proper care.

        • Candles:

          • For taper candles: insert into the green plastic candle holders.

          • For pillar candles: press firmly into the holder.

          • LED candles do not require holder .

        • Safety Reminder: Keep candle flames at least 4” from greenery and never leave lit candles unattended.

          General Safety Note for All Evergreen Products:

          Keep all greenery away from:

          • Direct sunlight

          • Heat vents and radiators

          • Fireplaces and open flames

          Always use caution with candles or other heat sources around fresh evergreens.

          Q: How Should I Hang My Wreath?

          A: Hanging your wreath properly helps it stay secure, look its best, and last longer. Here are a few simple and safe ways to hang your wreath:

          For Outdoor Doors:

          • Wreath Hanger: Use an over-the-door metal or plastic wreath hanger. These are easy to use and require no nails or hooks.

          • Hook or Nail: Install a small nail, screw, or adhesive hook (like a Command™ hook) on your door. Make sure it’s rated for the wreath’s weight.

          • Ribbon or Twine: Loop ribbon, twine, or fishing line around the top of the wreath and hang it from the inside of the door using a thumbtack or hook.

            For Indoor Display:

            • Interior Doors or Walls: Use adhesive hooks, nails, or suction cups (for glass/mirrors). Always test to ensure it holds the wreath securely.

            • Above a Mantel or Mirror: Hang with sturdy ribbon or decorative wire for a festive, elegant look.

              Tips:

              • Hang your wreath in a cool, shaded area to extend its life.

              • Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause drying and premature browning.

              • For glass doors, suction cup wreath hooks work well and won’t damage the surface

                Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product or lost?

                A: We take great care to package your order securely, but sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If your product or box arrives damaged, please:

                1. Contact us immediately—ideally within 24 hours of receiving your order—with photos of the damage.

                2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

                3. We will work quickly to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement, offering a refund, or another solution.

                A: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

                1. Check your tracking information:

                  • Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email from Champion Greens,Inc.

                  • You can also log into your account using the email you provided at checkout and your password to view your order status. If you haven’t logged in before, you can create a password on that page.

                2. Shipping timing note:
                  For Standard Ground shipping, please allow our team 3 business days before and after the Approximate Ship Date to process and ship your order. If you don’t see tracking information yet and we are still within that 3-day window, please wait—tracking details will be available soon.

                3. If tracking says your package was delivered :

                  • Check your front and back porch and surrounding areas.

                  • Ask neighbors if they might have accepted the package for you.

                  • Temporary seasonal carriers sometimes deliver packages differently than usual drivers.

                4. If your package has been marked delivered for more than 24 hours but you still can’t find it:
                  Please contact us immediately by championgreens@comcast.net or call us we will be glad to help.

                5. If you suspect theft and want a replacement:
                  We may ask you to provide an alternative shipping address for the replacement (such as a neighbor, or office/work address). Unfortunately, we cannot resend to the original address if theft is suspected.
